Poker Aces references two aces dealt pre-flop. It’s the best possible before theflop hand inholdem Poker. But despite this a good many bettors find themselves on the losing end when given this hand.

When you’re given a pair of Aces, you just do not drop out pre-flop. You are positioned with the best achievable hand at this part of the game. So how do you wager with Poker Aces ? Do you actually go all-in? I would say definitely no to that.

Keep in mind, you’re trying to generate as much money out of this strong position. You need to maximize the possibility. Going all-in will actually scare most players into folding and not putting a bet.

If you are in the starting spot (first or second to bet), you will lay a single bet. Any player with a good hand will call, with luck a player might raise. If there has been a raise don’t spring to re-raise or call, wait for a short while – make them think you’re considering your options and then call.

After the flop your tactic will be to get rid of any player that could be able to build a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you are fortunate you will fool one player into thinking that you’re bluffing.

If you’re in the center or late spot (near the last to cast your bet) you will watch as everyone calls and then raise. Even with you sitting with a pair of aces, if you can try to avoid a show-down. Defend your hand by making the other players drop out following the flop. If you don’t force out your competitors you chance losing your hand.
